1. Booking and Check-In:

 

• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all bookings.
  
   

• Check-In Time: Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Early check-in may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
  
   

• Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out may result in an additional fee unless pre-arranged.
  
   

2. House Rules:
 

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A cleaning fee of 100 Euros will be charged if smoking is detected.
  
   

• No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior permission is granted. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
  
   

• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these times.
  
   

3.Maximum Occupancy:

4. Damage and Liability:
 

Damage Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

 

 

• The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit.

 

 

• Reporting Issues: Guests must report any damages or issues immediately.

 

• Failure to report may result in additional charges.

 

 

• Liability: The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises.

 

• Guests are encouraged to have their own travel insurance.
  
   

5 . Use of Amenities:
 

• Internet and Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is provided. Guests are expected to use the internet responsibly and not for illegal activities.
   

• Utilities: All utilities (water, electricity, gas) are included in the booking fee. Guests are asked to conserve energy by turning off lights and appliances when not in use.
